Dr Prakash Patel is a respected physician, healthcare entrepreneur, and community leader with over 20 years of experience in pulmonary, critical care, sleep medicine, and healthcare operations. As the Founder and President of Jeevan Jyoti Adult Day Center, Dr. Patel is dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and supporting families through compassionate, community-centered care. His vision for Jeevan Jyoti was inspired by the belief that every senior deserves dignity, companionship, meaningful engagement, and access to high-quality support services in a safe and welcoming environment. Dr. Patel is also the founder of Smyrna Pulmonary & Sleep Associates (SPSA), a multi-location pulmonary and sleep medicine practice serving communities throughout Middle Tennessee. Through Jeevan Jyoti Adult Day Center, Dr. Patel combines his extensive healthcare experience with a strong commitment to community service and culturally sensitive care.
Dr Dharmesh (Dan) K Patel, Chief Advisor & Member, Jeeevan Jyoti Adult Day Center
Dr. Dharmesh K. Patel is a business owner, investor and operator with
extensive experience in hospitality, real estate, and retail industries and
health care industries. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the
University of South Gujarat in 1999 . He earned his M.D degree in USA
in 2003. Currently He is practicing hospital medicine in Chicago, IL
since 2004
Since transitioning into business, Patel has built a diverse investment
portfolio spanning hotel properties, residential and commercial real
estate, and retail ventures. He is also founding member for Love N Care
Adult day care center in Downers Grove, IL. He is actively involved in
administrative and operation aspect with Adult day care center since
December 2023
Outside of his professional work, Patel enjoys playing volleyball,
socializing with family and friends, and volunteering with nonprofit
organizations .
jIGNESH pATEL, Manager & mEMBER, jEEVANJYOTI ADULT DAY cENTER
Jignesh Patel is a Computer Engineer with more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and overall healthcare service delivery. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with healthcare organizations and multidisciplinary teams, developing a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, dependable, and community-centered care.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jignesh has remained deeply committed to community service. He has been an active member and volunteer with GAMT ( Gujrat Association of Middle Tennesse) for over six years, supporting numerous cultural, charitable, and community-focused initiatives. He also serves with ICSSS ( Indian Community Senior Support Service), contributing to programs dedicated to improving the well-being and quality of life of senior citizens.
With his extensive healthcare experience and longstanding commitment to serving the community, Jignesh is now helping lead a new chapter in adult day care services. His vision is to create a warm, safe, and respectful environment where seniors receive compassionate care, meaningful social engagement, and a true sense of belonging. By combining healthcare expertise with a passion for community service, Jignesh is committed to building a trusted center where seniors feel valued, supported, and truly at home.
Mansih patel, mEMBER, jEEVANJYOTI ADULT DAY cENTER
Manish Patel has been a resident of Nashville, Tennessee for the past 25 years and has remained deeply connected to the local community throughout that time. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
After a successful corporate career, Manish expanded his professional journey into multiple businesses and real estate investments. Driven by his passion for real estate and community development, he obtained his real estate license and currently serves clients across Middle Tennessee through Compass Real Estate.
Since moving to Nashville, Manish has actively contributed to numerous local organizations and is widely recognized for his friendly nature, leadership, and strong community relationships. He currently serves as the President of the GAMT (Gujarati Association of Middle Tennessee), one of the oldest and most respected cultural organizations in Middle Tennessee.
Coming from a medical family background, Manish understands the importance of compassionate elder care and is deeply committed to supporting the well-being, dignity, and quality of life of senior citizens.
